Assistant Manager – Skylodge, Scone
20 hours per week – fortnight rotation to include every other weekend

About you:

An opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Manager to join our friendly team at Perth Airport where we run our award-winning budget hotel Skylodge, offer caravan bays for rent, have our successful AM self-storage business, along with having a variety of commercial/residential properties and businesses where our resident and guests’ safety is paramount to us.

The role:

You will assist the General Manager with general office duties which include hotel reservations, system management and storage contracts. You will be responsible for invoicing and account management for all parts of the business operation at Scone and also cash/card/bacs payment processing. You will also assist with all customers enquires at Reception.

What you’ll need:

  • Previous experience of a similar type role
  • Ability to prioritise a busy workload
  • Strong customer service skills including a professional telephone manner
  • Be able to work and remain self-motivated working independently
  • A trustworthy and flexible work ethic – willing to increase to full time hours for Manager holiday cover if possible
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Efficient time management
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
