Important Information
If you are attending any of our auctions, you must complete a Bidder Registration Form and pay a £2,000 deposit to make a bid.
For Overseas Registration
- Personal identification Photographic Driving Licence (Proof of address and ID)
- EORI Number Passport with Utility Bill (Proof of address and ID)
- OVERSEAS VAT Number
- Proof of Overseas Address
- Acknowledgment of additional Export Admin Fee
Once our registration team are satisfied that everything is in order you will be given a bid number. You are now ready to bid on the items in the auction. Remember that you are responsible for the item knocked down to your number from the fall of the hammer, so you should arrange insurance as soon as possible. All lots purchased are subject to a buyer’s premium at the following rates, per item.
Buyers Commission Rates
Each lot is subject to commission rates as follows:
- 1/5,000 – 10%
- 5,001/7,500 – 7.5%
- 7,501/99,999 – 5%
Utility, Government & Council Lots may be subject to commission rates as follows and stated in the catalogue or from the rostrum
- 10% plus VAT, minimum of £400
Monthly Plant Timed Auction of Smaller Lots will be subject to Commission
- 20% plus VAT, NO minimum
